Accompanying the growth of the closest and most empathetic funeral home, before, during and after the pandemic.
One of the most unique funeral homes in Mexico City had neither a marketing department nor an advertising campaign, so we started with external marketing.
We redesigned the brand, website and implemented a digital inbound positioning strategy based on the creation of valuable content in a comprehensive multi-channel plan. We did this with a message of "warmth, peace and tranquility" aimed at supporting the promotional season, driving traffic to conversion channels and spreading word of mouth.
Three years after the launch and image improvement in stores and online platforms, sales through digital channels already account for 10% of sales. We have built a strong, emotionally engaged community on Facebook that has grown from 1,000 to over 30,000 organic followers, and we have worked year after year to exceed our positioning and conversion KPIs.
We write the blog that supports the site's search engine optimization, we manage the SEM campaigns and create newsletters, and we also assist in promoting and organizing the various activities that brings life to this space of encounter and farewell.
